COMPUTER ACCESS
Each of the boardrooms is furnished with Marine Corps Enterprise Network – Non-classified (MCEN-N) assets. These assets allow board members to securely access DBR 2.0 and conduct board actions.
To ensure boards convene on time, all board members MUST have an active MCEN-N account prior to arrival. This is the @USMC.MIL account. If nominated board members have a current/active MCEN-N .USMC.MIL account with an expiration date that DOES NOT fall within the board convene dates, no action is required. Members from outside commands (e.g., Recruiting, MARSOC, or another service) who are unsure of their account status must complete and submit a SAAR form along with current USMC Cyber Awareness Course ID: CYBERM0000) OR the DOD Information Awareness Training AND the PII Training (Course IDs: DODCAC1000 & DONPII010A) certificates to:
Email: SMB_HQMC_BOARD_OPS@usmc.mil
CC: SSgt Valdillez, Angel angel.valdillez@usmc.mil
If a board member has a MCEN-N account, but it is currently Disabled due to inactivity, the member needs to contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command Kansas City, MO Comm: 855-373-8762 / DSN: 322-915-3333 Enterprise_Service_Desk@usmc.mil to have their account re-enabled. Board member must have current IA Certificates and valid SAAR on file for reactivation.
**NOTE: ensure the SAAR is filled out completely and accurately, and that Cyber Security training is up-to-date within the current Fiscal Year, or else the account will not be created. If a board member submits a SAAR to the standard Enterprise Service Desk email, it will NOT be prioritized by the regional helpdesk and can potentially delay the account activation process.
