Our mission is to manage the comprehensive talent lifecycle for the Marine Corps Reserve by executing officer accessions, facilitating the retention and affiliation of Total Force Marines, and providing dedicated career-long professional development in order to meet service-level manpower requirements and sustain a ready and relevant Reserve force.

RAC consists of the following three sections:

-RAC-1: Career Management Team (CMT)

-RAC-2: Reserve Officer Commissioning Program (ROCP)

-RAC-3: Reserve Retention
