Who we are

Service Treatment Record Central Cell

We are the sole processors of Service Treatment Records (STR) (medical and dental records) for the Marine Corps. Anytime a Marine separates from the service, we ensure that their complete STR is available to the Department of Veteran's Affairs in order for them to make future benefit determinations for our veterans. One of the most critical components of the process is for you, the separating Marine, to turn in your physical records to your IPAC or admin section when you depart. Without your records, the VA will not process your claims.
