Overview & Intent
The Manpower Management Officer Assignments (MMOA) Roadshow is the primary engagement event for the officer assignments branch. The roadshow is designed to provide education on the Service's manpower process, give officers the opportunity for direct engagement with their monitors, and allow commanders to discuss staffing priorities with MMOA leadership.
The roadshow includes command visits, all-hands briefs, and grade-specific town halls. Maximum participation is essential to set the foundation for a productive and transparent assignments process.
