The USMC has deployed our guest access package, allowing external users the ability to request/maintain their guest account themselves.

Description:
When an external user (outside of usmc.mil) requests access, an account will need to be created for that user. This new process allows guest users to create an account for themselves.
Activate Your Guest Account:
Activating your USMC guest account is easy. Follow the steps below to get set up.
1. Navigate to the MyAccess portal and sign in with your credentials.

2. Complete the prompts to activate the USMC Guest account package. Once complete, you will see it listed under Active packages in the MyAccess portal.
Sign into the Marine Corps Environment:
Once you’ve activated the access package, all you need to do is get signed in.
1. New USMC guests will automatically become members of the USMC Collaborators team.
2. The team link below will allow you to get signed in to Teams.

3. If you are accessing USMC from a
non-DoD organization, you need to sign in
from your web browser.
Extending/Renewing Access:
Keeping your guest account active depends on the renewal of your access package. You will receive a renewal reminder email
14 days and
1 day prior to the expiration of your access package. To keep your account, you will need to extend your active package in the MyAccess portal
USMC Guest Access Package
If your package expires, you will have
30 days to renew it before your guest account is deleted. You can renew an expired package in the MyAccess portal
