U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Anthony C. Ramsey Jr., a combat graphics specialist, is promoted to the rank of corporal by the Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Carlos Del Toro during a visit to the National Museum of the Marine Corps, Triangle, Virginia, Nov. 6, 2024. The SECNAV’s visit recognized the overwhelming success of the Marine Corps’ recruitment and retention efforts, and the instrumental role Manpower and Reserve Affairs and Marine Corps Recruiting Command played in recruiting and retaining high-caliber Marines.
