Who we are

Serve as the principal staff advisor to the Director, Reserve Affairs for coordination of manpower policy, plans, programming and budgeting for the Marine Corps Reserve. RAP conducts Service level Reserve personnel policy analysis, uniformed personnel planning, and programming/ budgeting for the Marine Corps Reserve.

Sections

Policy (RAP-1): Develop, promulgate, and manage manpower policies, procedures and guidance pertaining to the Marine Corps Reserve. Provide Reserve Component input to Total Force manpower policies.

Plans (RAP-2): Develop, implement and coordinate Reserve manpower plans to achieve optimum end strength, inventory development, and staffing consistent with requirements and budget for the Marine Corps Reserve.

Programming & Budgeting (RAP-3): In coordination with Program and Resources, Military Personnel Branch (RFM), plan, program, and budget resources to support the manpower programs of the Marine Corps Reserve.
