February 2025
Quantico, Virginia

Headquarters Marine Corps will host a Talent Management Symposium from 19 to 20 February 2025, intended to engage with representatives from across the Marine Corps Total Force on key talent management efforts undertaken since the publication of Talent Management 2030 in November 2021. This symposium provides a forum for updates on forthcoming talent management initiatives, guided discussions to gather feedback on initiatives in execution across the Service, and engagements with Senior Leaders on the Marine Corps' talent management efforts. Feedback on initiatives will provide the Service Headquarters with a gauge on the performance of initiatives from the leaders who see them in action every day.
