0211 Counterintelligence Human Intelligence CI/HUMINT

Elite intelligence professionals conducting covert operations, human source recruitment, and counterintelligence activities to protect Marine Corps assets and gather critical intelligence in support of national security objectives worldwide.


  • Up to $105,000 bonus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen. Cannot be a dual citizen.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must possess a minimum GT score of 105, or a minimum CL score of 105, or a minimum AFQT score of 55
  • Must be a volunteer Cpl, Sgt, or SSgt of any MOS. LCpl and GySgt's may apply if determined exceptionally qualified by the 0211 occupational field specialist, 02XX occupational field manager, and/or MOS sponsor. LCpl's will not receive PMOS 0211 until successful completion of the PMOS 0211 producing school and achieving the rank of Cpl.
  • Must meet sensitive compartmented information (SCI) eligibility guidelines on a single scope background investigation/T5 investigation
  • Must be willing to submit to a CI scope polygraph examination
  • Must be worldwide deployable when approved for lateral move
  • Must be 21 years of age prior to graduation from the MAGTF CI/HUMINT course
  • Must have 60 months OS remaining upon graduation from the PMOS 0211 producing school
  • Must complete the pre-course familiarization prior to attending the MAGTF CI/HUMINT course
  • Must have a DLAB test score in their OMPF. No minimum DLAB score required before being assigned the 0211 PMOS.
  • Must complete a suitability assessment conducted by only Marine Corps CI/HUMINT personnel and must be recommended for lateral move by the 0211 occupational field specialist or 02XX occupational field manager

0321 Reconnaissance Marine

The eyes and ears of the Marine Corps - highly trained amphibious reconnaissance specialists conducting deep reconnaissance, direct action missions, and special operations in the most challenging environments on land, sea, and air.


  • Up to $97,750 bonus
  • FTAP SRB and LATMOV bonuses available – See current FY MARADMIN
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be a volunteer
  • Must possess a minimum General Technical score of 105 or a minimum clerical score of 105
  • E-1 through E-5 (must have less than 2 years Time In Grade as E-5)
  • Must have minimum interim secret security clearance based on National Agency Check, Law Enforcement and Credit Check
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be medically qualified for parachute and dive operations
  • Naval Special Warfare/Special Operations physical required prior to attending RTAP/BRC
  • Must possess a Water Survival-Intermediate qualification to enter RTAP
  • Must possess a Water Survival-Advanced to attend BRC
  • Must obtain a passing score in the RPAT and Reconnaissance Aquatic Competency Test
  • No NJPs within the last 12 months and no more than 1 NJP during the current contract
  • No Courts-Martial convictions
  • No derogatory page 11 entries within the last 12 months
  • Recon Screening and Assessment available upon request at SOI East and West

0372 Critical Skills Operator

Special operations forces executing high-risk missions including direct action, special reconnaissance, and foreign internal defense operations as part of Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC).


1751 Influence Specialist PSYOPS

Strategic communication experts conducting psychological operations and influence campaigns to shape foreign audiences, support information warfare, and advance U.S. strategic objectives through sophisticated media and messaging operations.


  • Up to $105,000 bonus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must possess a GT score of 100 or higher
  • Must be a volunteer Cpl or Sgt of any MOS. Sgt must not be in zone for promotion
  • Secret security clearance eligibility
  • Must have a first-class PFT and CFT
  • Must be worldwide deployable when approved for lateral move into the 1751 PMOS
  • Must obligate to 60 months of service when approved for lateral move into the 1751 PMOS
  • Must attend an influence specialist screening and assessment and receive a recommendation for lateral move from the MOS specialist

2336 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician EOD

Highly specialized technicians who locate, identify, render safe, and dispose of explosive threats including improvised explosive devices, chemical munitions, and nuclear weapons to protect lives and enable mission success in the world's most dangerous environments.


  • Up to $137,750 bonus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, no dual citizenship
  • Must possess a GT score of 110 or higher
  • Volunteer in the grade of E-4 or E-5. E-6 on case-by-case basis
  • TS-SCI eligible based on SSBI/T5
  • Must have 1st Class PFT & CFT
  • Normal color vision and no claustrophobic tendencies
  • Meet all requirements for Explosive Handler & Explosive Driver (Art 15-107, NAVMED P-117)
  • Obligate 36 months of additional service following graduation

3044 Operational Contract Support Specialist

Business and contracting professionals managing complex procurement operations, contractor oversight, and operational contract support to ensure seamless logistics and sustainment for Marine Corps operations globally.


  • Up to $74,000 bonus
  • Must possess a GT score of 105 or higher
  • Cpls from any PMOS must have a minimum of 36-months' time in service. Sgt from any PMOS must have no more than 12 months' TIG. Sgts with more than 12 months TIG require a waiver
  • Must have a final adjudicated secret security clearance based on national agency check, law enforcement and credit check (NACLC)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be screened by the OccField
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills during screening process with an MCFCS
  • Must be worldwide deployable
  • Must have a minimum of 36 months obligated service upon completion of OJT and assignment of PMOS 3044
  • Must be a Tier 1 or 2 category reported from the CO
  • Must be interviewed and recommended by the senior 3006 or 3044, GySgt or above, from a MCFCS office
  • Must not have any felony convictions by CM or civilian court. Marines must also not have any NJP in current grade and have never received NJP for dereliction in performance of duties, larceny, theft, fraud, misappropriation of government funds or property, or financial irresponsibility

4133 MCCS Marine

Community services professionals managing Marine Corps quality of life programs, retail operations, and morale support services. From tactical field exchanges in deployed environments to comprehensive customer service and inventory management, these Marines ensure essential services reach Marines and their families worldwide.


  • Must possess a General Technical score of 110 or higher OR a General Technical score of 105 AND a Clerical score of 105 or higher OR a General Technical score of 105 AND Electrical score of 105 or higher
  • 1st Class PFT/CFT
  • Must be a volunteer senior Corporal (1 year Time in Grade) or junior Sergeant (no more than 2 years' Time in Grade) from any MOS. Sergeants must not be in zone for promotion
  • Must obligate 48 months of service
  • Secret security clearance eligibility
  • Must be worldwide deployable when approved for lateral move into the 4133 PMOS
  • Must be interviewed by a Master Gunnery Sergeant, Master Sergeant, or Gunnery Sergeant in the MOS who will review the reenlistment package, RELM, and Tier Sheet. The interview can be conducted face-to-face, telephonically, or virtually

  • Provide a 3-4 sentence paragraph stating why you want to join the MOS
  • Complete an interview with an MCCS Senior Marine

5821 Criminal Investigator "CID" Agent

Elite Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Agents conducting complex criminal investigations, covert operations, and forensic examinations while assigned to CID, Regional Trial Counsel, and Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Among many things, these federal investigators conduct covert operations, handle felony-level crimes, provide protective services, and serve as law enforcement liaisons across military, local, state, and federal agencies.


  • Up to $74,000 bonus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • GT of 110 or higher
  • E-5 from any MOS with less than 2 years TIG
  • SCI Eligible
  • 21 Years of age
  • Normal color vision
  • Minimum height requirement of 59 inches
  • Valid drivers license

7316 Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) Operator

Advanced drone operators and aviation specialists planning, integrating, and executing unmanned aircraft operations in support of Marine Air Ground Task Force missions. These technical experts provide critical reconnaissance, surveillance, and tactical support through cutting-edge unmanned systems across diverse operational environments.


  • Up to $74,000 bonus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • GT of 110 or higher
  • E-1 through E-8
  • Secret clearance eligible
