MISSION

The Career Management Team supports the Reserve Component by providing premier mentoring, counseling and board preparation guidance to individual Reserve Marines, educating unit and school leadership, and fostering connection among the distributed Reserve population, in order to enhance and align individual Reserve Marine capabilities and readiness with the operational requirements of the Marine Corps.
