Retirement

SubmissioN within the 6-18 month time frame:
In accordance with MCO 1900.16 Chapter 2, paragraph 2004, Submission of requests for voluntary retirement (not requiring waivers) will be submitted through MCTFS Unit Diary. The officer requesting retirement will require to sign an Appendix J and have it signed by his firs O5 level commander or above. Once signed the officer will submit his Appendix J to his S1/Admin Section to be forwarded through EPAR to the local IPAC.

DO NOT SEND REQUESTS WITHIN THE 6-18 MONTH TIME FRAME TO THROUGH THE MMSR 2O OMB
