Who we are

Culture and Inclusion Branch (MPE) sustains the Supporting Establishment by developing policy and providing oversight and guidance to Marine Corps command on Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) and Culture & Inclusion policies and programs. Acting as the principal advisor to the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC), the Branch provides recommendations on all matters pertaining to manpower, policy, recruitment, development, and retention as related to MEO and Culture and Inclusion.

Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as point of contact for DoD personnel on issues pertaining to MEO and Culture and Inclusion

• MEO policy and program development, management, and implementation for the Service

• Preparing the manpower budget estimates and its justification

• Culture and Inclusion policy and program development, management, and implementation for the Service

• Outreach Event Coordination and implementation across the Marine Corps Total Force

• Equal Opportunity Advisor MOS sponsor, billet manager, and educational coordinators

• Collect, monitor, and analyze data pertaining to MEO and Culture and Inclusion
